indiGO Technologies, Inc. is a U.S.-based electric vehicle company headquartered in Woburn, Massachusetts. Originating out of mobility labs at MIT, and later formed as a private company, indiGO has literally reinvented the wheel to innovate a new car architecture from the ground up. By moving the motors to the wheels, an entirely new class of commercial fleet vehicles provide greater economics and experiences for fleet companies and their drivers.

The EV startup participated in CES multiple times, proudly showcasing its groundbreaking vehicles and innovative technologies. However, with a relatively small internal team, each exhibition posed the same major challenge — managing an extremely tight timeline while handling a large number of tasks. From booth design and logistics to marketing materials and on-site coordination, every detail had to come together flawlessly under significant time pressure.
