JDIX is an AI-powered startup transforming pharmaceutical data processing. Their intelligent platforms accelerate drug development timelines, improve data quality, and reduce repetitive tasks for experts. As a newly created company, JDIX needed a clear brand strategy to communicate its value effectively to investors, partners, and early customers.
JDIX was a new brand without a defined strategic direction. There was no mission, vision, values, positioning, tagline, or brand story. Without clarity, the team struggled to align internally and communicate the brand consistently.
We conducted a unique, immersive brand strategy workshop with participants from all levels, including C-level, engineering, data science, product, and operations. Using strategically designed questions, interactive games, and facilitation tools, we guided the team to uncover the core of their brand—answers they often had not articulated or could not express. The workshop focused on eliciting insights from participants’ knowledge and intuition rather than providing pre-set answers.
Following the workshop, we compiled a comprehensive brand strategy brief that defined JDIX’s mission, vision, values, positioning, tagline, and brand story. This brief provided a clear framework for all future communications and decision-making.
The workshop and brand strategy brief gave JDIX a unified strategic direction and a clear brand voice. The team now has confidence in how to communicate their purpose, differentiate in the market, and align internally. The work laid a strong foundation for messaging, marketing strategy, and positioning, enabling JDIX to approach investors, partners, and customers with clarity and consistency.
